You choose your farmer, butcher, customize your processing, and enjoy farm-fresh meat the way it should be.
Use our interactive map to browse local farmers, view profiles, and choose the perfect farm. Select your preferred share size: Quarter, Half, or Whole Beef or Pork, and add it to your cart.
Choose a local butcher to process your order. Make sure your processing size matches your livestock. Then add your processing to your cart.
Select the processing size that matches the share size you ordered from the farmer. Once you’ve chosen the correct size, you can decide between a Standard Cut or a Custom Cut. With a Custom Cut, you’ll be able to personalize how your share is processed and choose the specific cuts you’d like to receive.
Complete your purchase by paying in full or choosing a convenient payment plan. Once your order is placed, your farmer and butcher will coordinate delivery and processing. You’ll receive secure checkout confirmation and real-time updates as your order moves through each stage.
Once your order is complete, your butcher will notify you when your meat is ready for pickup. Simply head to the butcher shop, pick up your locally sourced order, and enjoy farm-to-freezer freshness and unbeatable quality.
